Ingredients
    2 c. cubed lamb
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large yellow onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    3 small potatoes, cubed
    6 Brussels sprouts, chopped (optional)
    4 carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Roll lamb in flour and brown with about 3 tablespoons butter for about 15 minutes.
    Remove from pan and drain on paper towel.
