Impossible Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Preparation

Blend milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender on high for 20 seconds.
Add cream cheese.
Blend on high 2 minutes. Pour into greased pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until center is set (about 35 to 40 minutes).
Cool.
Spread topping of fruit (like strawberry or blueberry).
