Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. apples, chopped
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. oil
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Grease and flour tube pan. Pour mixture into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
