Refrigerator Yeast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 egg
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and yeast in a large bowl.
    In a small bowl, mix egg, oil and water.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Fill greased muffin tin 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Mix will keep in refrigerator for a week if tightly covered, but leave enough room to rise.
