Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together to make a batter.
Put oil in electric skillet about 1/2-inch deep.
Pour batter in a circle from a funnel or spouted pitcher.
Turn once.
Remove from oil to paper towel to drain and sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
