Peach Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. buttermilk
2 large eggs
1/2 c. molasses
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. corn or olive oil
1 3/4 c. bread flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. processed bran
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. chopped peaches
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine liquid ingredients.
Combine and mix dry ingredients; add liquid to dry and mix only until moistened.
Do not overmix. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
Makes 12 to 15 muffins.
