Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 apples (medium to large), peeled and sliced
    5 tsp. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour, unsifted
    3 tsp. baking powder
    7/8 tsp. salt
    2 c.sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. orange juice
    4 eggs (large)
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Using Bundt pan start with batter.
    Layer the batter, then apples.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Then repeat the layering of ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in a greased and floured Bundt pan.
