Barbecue Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. catsup
    3 or 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    In separate pan, place 1 tablespoon shortening, celery, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, brown sugar and mustard.
    Cook 1/2 hour.
    Combine with cooked meat.
