Fried Venison - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. meat, cut into serving-size pieces
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. bacon fat
1 stalk celery
3 sliced medium onions
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. tomatoes
noodles
Preparation

Heat bacon fat in skillet and brown venison on both sides. Add celery and onions; brown.
Add Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes; cook 1 to 2 hours, until tender.
Cook noodles, drain and serve with meat.
