Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 1 fresh bundle
2 beaten eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion or minced onion
1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
butter
Preparation

Cook broccoli; drain.
Combine all ingredients except crackers and butter.
Grease with butter all sides of baking dish to be used.
Pour in mixture and top with Ritz crackers, crumbled and pat with butter.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until brown.
