Aunt Helen'S Sweet 'N Sour Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 c. green pepper, cut into thin strips
    6 c. sliced cucumbers
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat on medium-high stove the vinegar, sugar and salt until sugar dissolves (do not boil).
    Pour over onions, pepper and cucumbers.
    Let cool.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Serve with favorite entree.
