Spenny'S Favorite Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    2/3 c. beer
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 chicken breasts, split
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook onion in margarine until tender. Stir in tomato soup, beer, curry powder, oregano and pepper (dash). Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Arrange chicken breasts in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour tomato mixture over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, 50 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
