Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. self-rising flour
4 c. milk
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coconut
5 eggs, separated
2 pie shells
Preparation
-
Mix the first 4 ingredients; cook until hot.
Add 5 egg yolks; cook until thick.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and coconut. Pour into baked pie shells.
