Beer Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 bottle beer
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Add beer; mix just until evenly moistened.
    Spread batter to make level in an oiled 4 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until loaf is well browned, about 45 minutes. Invert onto a rack.
