Banana Waldorf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced bananas
1 1/2 c. diced apple
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1/2 c. yogurt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Use well chilled fruit.
Prepare it and combine all ingredients.
Mix well and serve immediately on top of lettuce leaf or some sprouts.
Yields 6 small servings.
