Spinach - Orange Salad(With Honey Vinaigrette Dressing) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. spinach leaves, torn
    1 (11oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. sliced, peeled red onion
    3 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. salt
    few grains black pepper
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Remove coarse stems from spinach, then wash and dry leaves. Tear spinach into bite sized pieces; add orange slices and onion; toss gently to mix.
    Mix together vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper; pour over spinach.
    Sprinkle almonds over the top.
    Serves 4.
