Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. margarine, melted
4 c. rhubarb, drained
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
Preparation
-
Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and margarine until crumbly.
Press half mix in 9-inch square pan.
Cover with rhubarb.
Set aside.
