Crabmeat Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lb. crabmeat
1/3 c. drained pimentos
2/3 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Saute peppers in butter.
Add salt, pepper, mustard, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce.
Gently add crab and place mixture in casserole.
Combine pimentos, crumbs, butter and paprika.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
