Beef-Veg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 to 3 large potatoes
    4 to 6 carrots
    1 small onion
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook beef in frying pan so it is cooked but not browned. Place in casserole dish (3-quart), then put in a layer of sliced potatoes, a layer of sliced carrots, a layer of cooked meat and a little of chopped onion.
    Repeat layers again and again.
    Lastly, add 1 can undiluted can of tomato soup.
    Put on cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Take off.
    Cover and bake 10 minutes more.
