Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 c. zucchini
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Shred zucchini and mix together with all other ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until top springs up when touched lightly.
    Makes two loaves or 1 sheet cake.
