Onion Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. biscuit mix
    1 tsp. onion salt
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions, crumbled
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; beat 1 minute.
    Fill medium-sized greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 12 to 16 muffins.
