Sweet Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced cucumbers
    1 c. sliced green peppers
    1 c. sliced onions
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. canning salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar, white vinegar and canning salt until dissolved. Pour over vegetables. Put in refrigerator. Will keep up to 6 weeks in a covered container in the refrigerator.
    These may also be frozen in small containers after about a week.
    They are crispy when thawed out.
