Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

2 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. undiluted Pet milk
1/3 c. light corn syrup
12 oz. Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Put sugar, Pet milk, corn syrup and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; stirring constantly.
Continue to cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate chips and vanilla and stir.
Stir in nuts. Pour into a lightly buttered 8 x 8-inch or 8 x 9-inch pan.
