Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cocoa and butter.
    Heat slowly in saucepan, stirring constantly, until melted.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add 1 teaspoon cold water; boil again.
    Add milk slowly; cook until thickened.
