Gluten - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. 80% gluten flour
    1 c. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine gluten flour and water into firm ball.
    Roll with hands into a log.
    Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Brown onion in oil in large pan.
    Add gluten slices and cover with water.
    Simmer, closely covered, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serves 10.
