Country Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken or quarters
    1 can chicken broth
    celery
    potatoes
    carrots
    salt and pepper to taste or you may use seasoning salt
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in a large, shallow baking dish.
    Arrange cut vegetables over the chicken and season.
    Pour broth over chicken and vegetables.
    Cover with foil and bake about 1 hour at 375\u00b0. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
