Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil (in frypan)
    1 small onion, cut up
    1 bell pepper, cut
    1 squash, cut (optional)
    1 can drained bean sprouts
    1 large sirloin steak
    1 chicken
    stir-fry sauce
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Cut up sirloin steak and chicken into thin strips.
    Cook steak and chicken in oil until done, then add the remaining ingredients with a little stir-fry sauce and a little water. Simmer at low heat for about 20 minutes, then after it cooks, serve on rice.
