Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    dash of garlic salt
    1 c. catsup
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 medium onions
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper or hot sauce
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in roaster.
    Add meat.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    String meat with fork.
    All juices will be absorbed.
