Mexican Fruitcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can undrained pineapple
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix all together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 (35 minutes if using glass pan).
