Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    6 small zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in 1/2-inch slices.
    Cook 8 minutes in salt water and drain.
    Cook beef and onion in oil until done and drain.
    Add zucchini, salt and pepper.
    In a separate pan, stir butter and flour until bubbly.
    Add milk.
    Stir until thick.
    Add cheese, salt and pepper.
