Dried Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 lb. cubed Longhorn cheese
    1/4 lb. dried chipped beef, chopped
Preparation
    Rinse beef in boiling water 15 seconds per slice. Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole. Refrigerate 12 to 15 hours. Cook, uncovered in microwave 25 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.
