No Bake Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
1 c. Pet milk
1 c. sugar
1 lb. finely crushed graham crackers
1 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. coconut
1 qt. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix together in a heavy saucepan the marshmallows, milk and sugar.
Boil until the mixture reaches a rolling boil; can boil slightly longer.
Let mixture cool slightly.
Place graham crackers in a large bowl and add the cherries, pineapple, raisins, coconut and pecans.
If desired, more nuts and fruit can be added.
Pour the marshmallow, milk and sugar mixture over these ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into Pyrex dishes and place in refrigerator.
