Ale Bread - cooking recipe

1 cup warm beer or ginger ale
1/3 cup water (warm) 70 - 80 degrees
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups bread flour
2 1/4 teaspoons dry active yeast
Preparation

In bread machine, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer.
Select basic bread setting.
Choose color and loaf size if available.
Bake according to bread machine directions. Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing.
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed.
