Crab Louis Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 lb. crabmeat, cooked and drained
    lettuce leaves
    3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1 cucumber, sliced
    1 tomato, sliced
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, catsup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Chill 30 minutes.
    In center of salad platter, heap crab.
    Circle with lettuce, egg, cucumber and tomato slices.
    Pass the dressing separately.
    Serves 4.
