Grapefruit Gelatin Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grapefruit (about 5 medium), pulp and juice
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin (2 small pkg.)
    water
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
    Let stand 5 to 7 minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup boiling water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour into ring mold.
