Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
4 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Beat eggs, oil and vanilla until foamy.
Mix dry ingredients, add to egg mixture.
Add nuts and apples; mix.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in 13 x 9-inch pan.
