Southwestern Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz) pkg Penne Pasta
    Creamy Southwestern dressing
    lettuce leaves
    1 (15 oz) can black beans (rinsed & drained)
    1 (8 3/4 oz) whole kernel corn (rinsed & drained)
    1 sweet red pepper, chopped
    3 green onions, sliced
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
    Rinse with cold water and drain.
    Combine pasta and 1 3/4 cups creamy Southwestern Salad Dressing, toss.
    Chill.
    Spoon pasta mixture onto a lettuce lined platter. Top with black beans and next 4 ingredients.
    Serve with remaining dressing.
