Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. orange jello
1 c. boiling water
12 marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. raw carrots, shredded
1/2 pt. whipped cream, whipped stiff
Preparation

Combine jello, boiling water and marshmallows in small pan. Heat until dissolved.
Cool long enough to pour over the cream cheese which has been mixed well with the drained pineapple.
Set aside.
