Quick Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard, salt and Tabasco sauce.
    Simmer 2 minutes.
    Add corn, green pepper, pimento and onion.
    Simmer 2 more minutes. Remove to bowl. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
    Makes about 2 cups or 6 servings.
