Pecan Cheese Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    3 c. sifted plain flour
    cayenne pepper to taste
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine cheese and butter; cream thoroughly.
    Add cayenne pepper, flour and pecans.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Shape into rolls. Wrap in wax paper or aluminum foil.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Slice 1/4-inch thick and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Do not brown.
