Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
    4 eggs
    1/2 lb. ham, cut in pieces
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cut in pieces
    1 small onion
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 c. milk (2%)
Preparation
    Thaw pie shells.
    Bake for about 5 minutes.
    In a large bowl beat eggs and milk.
    After pie shells have baked for 5 minutes, layer bottom of both pie shells with ham, cheese, onion and mushrooms.
    Pour egg mixture into pie shells.
    This mixture will fill two pie shells.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Lower oven temperature to 300\u00b0 and continue baking 45 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
