Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lean pork chops
1 onion, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 Tbsp. catsup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Trim fat from pork chops.
Melt into 3 tablespoons fat.
Brown chops in the fat.
Layer chops and sliced onion in casserole dish. Mix water, soup, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning.
Pour over the pork chops.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Makes 6 servings.
