Chicken And Fruit Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, halved
    1/2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 (9 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tart apple, pared and cubed
Preparation
    In a plastic bag, combine flour, ginger and salt.
    Add chicken and shake until well coated; reserve flour mixture.
    In a large skillet, melt butter and brown chicken on both sides.
    Remove to baking dish.
    Add leftover flour mixture to remaining drippings in pan; stir over low heat until smooth.
    Slowly add liquid from pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges, then lemon juice, stirring constantly.
    Simmer until thickened.
    Meanwhile, spread pineapple chunks, oranges and apple over chicken, then add sauce.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
