Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pork chops
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 small onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
-
Rub pork chops with a mixture of flour, salt, paprika and mustard.
Fry in hot fat until brown.
Slice onion over chops; add remaining ingredients.
Cook chops slowly or bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
