German Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
3 or 4 potatoes, chopped
4 or 5 carrots, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 can Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
1 c. grated cheese
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation

Brown meat and onions. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook potatoes and carrots; drain. Mix catsup, meat, soups and vegetables together. Place in large casserole dish. Top with cheese and onion rings. Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
