Organic Garden Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef soup bones
    1 lb. short ribs
    3 qt. water
    4 whole tomatoes
    2 onions
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic
    4 okra
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    1 small green pepper
    3 to 4 stalks celery
    2 carrots
    1 c. string beans
    1 c. lima beans
    3 to 4 white potatoes
    1 c. green peas
    1 c. fresh corn
    1/2 c. leeks
    1/2 c. chives
    4 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Place bones in a large pot. Cut meat in cubes and place in pot with bones. Add water and spices; simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Add tomatoes and all vegetables which have been washed, peeled and diced. Add rest of seasoning. Cook another 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove bones before serving.
    Yields 25 servings.
