Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine sugar and flour.
Stir in juice.
Add cheese and pineapple.
Spoon into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine butter and crumbs and sprinkle over pineapple.
Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until brown.
