Turkey Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork butt, ground coarse
    salt, pepper and garlic powder
    1 lb. loaf Vienna bread, torn in pieces
    5 eggs
    water
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Season pork with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook.
    Saute onion and celery.
    Moisten bread with water. Add eggs.
    Mix all together. Stuff bird.
