Honey Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green onions (just white part), chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    1 lb. carrots, peeled and shredded
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter over low heat until soft.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
