Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small banana
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections in light syrup
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can fruit cocktail in heavy syrup
    3 Tbsp. flaked coconut
Preparation
    About 10 minutes before serving, slice banana.
    Drain mandarin orange sections and pineapple chunks.
    In medium bowl, mix banana, mandarin oranges, pineapple and fruit cocktail with its juice. Spoon fruit into 3 dessert bowls; sprinkle with coconut.
    Makes 3 servings.
